Applications

Debbie's application management system gives developers everything they need to register, configure, and manage their integrations with your APIs.

What Are Applications?

In Debbie, an Application represents a third-party integration that wants access to your APIs. Each application gets its own OAuth client credentials, API keys, webhook endpoints, and configuration — all managed through Debbie's developer dashboard.

Application Capabilities

OAuth Client

Each app is a registered OAuth client with its own Client ID and Client Secret.

API Keys

Generate multiple API keys per app with different permission levels.

Webhooks

Register webhook endpoints to receive real-time event notifications.

Redirect URLs

Configure allowed redirect URIs for OAuth flows and post-install redirects.

Application Lifecycle

1

Draft

Developer creates the app with basic info. Only visible to the developer.

2

Submitted

Developer submits the app for admin review. Admin receives a notification.

3

Approved / Published

Admin approves the app. It becomes visible in the Marketplace and can be installed by end-users.

💡 For Platform Administrators

Administrators can review all submitted applications, approve or reject them, manage application visibility (public, private, internal), and suspend applications that violate terms of service.
