Webhooks
Debbie's webhooks engine delivers real-time event notifications to your developers' applications, with automatic retries, delivery logs, and secret management.
Real-Time Event Notifications
Webhooks allow developers to receive HTTP callbacks when events happen in your system. Debbie manages the entire webhook lifecycle: event subscription, delivery, retry logic, logging, and secret rotation. Developers simply register an endpoint URL and start receiving events.
Webhook Features
Event Subscriptions
Subscribe to specific event types. Only receive the events you need.
Automatic Retries
Failed deliveries are automatically retried with exponential backoff.
Delivery Logs
Full audit trail of every delivery attempt, including request/response data.
Secret Rotation
Rotate webhook secrets to verify payload integrity and authenticity.
How It Works
Developer Registers an Endpoint
From their dashboard, developers add a webhook endpoint URL and select which events to subscribe to.
Debbie Triggers an Event
When an event occurs in your system, Debbie's webhook engine dispatches it to all subscribed endpoints.
Delivery & Confirmation
The endpoint receives an HTTP POST with the event payload. Debbie logs every delivery attempt.
💡 For Platform Administrators
Administrators define the catalog of available webhook event types per Resource Server. You control naming, descriptions, payload schemas, and which events are available to developers.
